What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You can initiate a return by contacting us at Jazzi.stepz@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are prepared for shipping take approximately 10-15 business days. Please note that delays may occur once the package is with the carrier. Once your package is with the carrier, Jazzi Stepz is not responsible for your item.
What if I order preorder items?
Pre-order items take approximately 8 weeks to process. If the item is past the 8 week processing time then and only then should you reach out to Jazzi.stepz@gmail.com for further assistance or refund requests. No refunds or order changes will be made when orders are within the original Turn Around Time.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at Jazzi.stepz@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different size or style is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including custom products and personal care items. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How will I know if my return has been approved?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
