Shipping policy

All orders placed will be ready to ship within three business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Please allow for delays in shipping as once it is out of our hands we cannot be responsible for USPS. Shipping will typically arrive in approx. 10-15 business days.

Free freight on orders over $35

We use USPS as our standard carrier. We ship to residential and business addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. 

If you choose to ship internationally from any of our web shops, international shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by Jazzi Stepz.
